FACTORY TOUR

Our modern manufacturing facilities opened in 1999.

Our dedicated and experienced people... a key to our success!

Our machine shop features cell type workstations that feature various machine types depending on the operations performed.

Submersible motor housing castings are being machined on one of our Mazak CNC lathes.

Partially completed motor housings are being staged for their next operation.

An impeller is being trimmed using a manually operated lathe. We trim our impellers down to fractional inches to meet the specific duty point.

Our stock room features 24' heavy duty racking that houses patterns, castings and machined parts. All raw castings are stored indoors.

Impellers up to 2,500 lbs can be balanced in house.

Impellers and motor rotor/shaft assemblies are balanced using an overhung or cradle type balancing fixture.
